Traditional bottle fermentation and grapes sourced exclusively from the finest sites: these are the conditions under which this cuv\u00e9e of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir is created.<\/p>\n
The vines grow on shell limestone and basalt. The grapes are harvested by hand, gently pressed and spontaneously fermented in large wooden casks. The yield after pressing is a mere 50%. Less than 3 g\/l of residual sugar and 18 months (reserve) on the lees are the other key data. They are a big promise \u2013 and we deliver.<\/p>\n
