Now that the temperatures are slowly rising again, barbecue season is kicking off – garden parties with friends, siblings, parents, grandparents… and of course, the right wines simply can’t be missing. For those relaxed get-togethers, we’ve put together a fine selection in our BBQ Box.

We start things off with our Rosé Sprudl, followed by our terrace wine Rosé – perfect for those who enjoy fragrant, aromatic wines. If you prefer a bit of spice in your glass, go for the Welschriesling – ideal with light starters, fresh salads, or just to sip in between. Sauvignon Blanc pairs beautifully with fish, seafood, or vegetable dishes. A real surprise guest: the Cabernet Klassik, served slightly chilled (around 8 °C) – a great match for vegetarian dishes, pizza, or pasta.
For bolder flavors, our Cuvée Rochus (best served at around 14 °C) steps in – the ideal companion to grilled dishes, or to enjoy later in the evening with a cigar and some cheese.

Our tip: Enjoy red wines slightly chilled on hot summer days – with red wine, the right drinking temperature makes all the difference. Don’t be afraid to serve it a bit cooler, especially when it’s warm outside – it really enhances the experience.
