It gets wild again
As every year, it will be wild again in May in our wine castle. The wine castle kitchen, around Werner Gschiel, Johannes Neumann and Michaela Thaller conjures up again the best from forest, field and meadow on the plates. You can expect specially shot game from "old winemaker" Koarl and his hunting colleagues. This special 7-course menu is rounded off with selected wines from the winemaker siblings Katharina and Karl G.
We are looking forward to an enjoyable sitting with us in the wine castle!
