Rarities from our wine treasure chamber, all centered around Sauvignon Blanc from the castle estate, will be poured. To accompany them, our Weinschloss kitchen serves a very special 10-course menu. You’ll dine in a unique setting high above the vineyards, in our pavilion.
We welcome you with an aperitif and fine finger food in this dreamlike setting above the vines. While the winemaker siblings Katharina & Karl share fascinating insights into several decades of Sauvignon Blanc from the estate, our first-class kitchen team will spoil you. Together, Werner Gschiel, Johannes Neumann and Michaela Thaller create culinary masterpieces that will make your gourmet heart beat faster!
