Rarities from the wine treasury around the Cabernet Sauvignon of the last decades will be served. In addition, our wine castle kitchen serves a 10-course menu of a special kind. We will dine in a special setting high above the vineyards, in our pavilion.
We start with an aperitif and finger food in a beautiful setting above the vineyards. While winemaker Katharina and winemaker Karl G. together with old winemaker Koarl will give insights into the last decades of Cabernet Sauvignon, our culinary team will spoil you at the highest level. The kitchen team around Werner Gschiel, Johannes Neumann and Michaela Thaller has again given free rein to creativity and lets every culinary heart beat faster with its dishes!
